~ The Appraiser-Shopkeeper Conquers the Blacksmith Trade ~
An appraiser-shopkeeper conquers the blacksmith trade. Read materials, decode Modifiers, bend rarity, and run the town through your forge — a data-driven tycoon with dynamic-rarity crafting and dispatch-style dungeon RPG.
Automation × idle factory builder
Design your factory as a node graph — wire Mine → Smelt → Build → Ship and watch raw materials flow and transform at each machine. Spot glowing bottlenecks, balance power against wire distance, supply growing towns, and climb a deep production tree from steel to robots & drones. It keeps running even while idle, offline, with zero image or audio assets — every visual is generated in code.

You are the shopkeeper of a small-town blacksmith shop — but not just any shopkeeper. You were born with the Appraisal skill. At a glance you read raw materials, decode every Modifier, and weigh the purse of each customer at your counter.
You don't fight. You hire adventurers, gear them up, send them into dungeons, and forge tomorrow's blade from what they bring back. That cycle is the economy of your shop — and the appraiser's eye for value becomes a literal game mechanic in your hands.
"You're not just a blacksmith — you're an appraiser who reads materials, hijacks the rarity table, and runs the town through your forge."

Unlock the Appraisal tech tree to literally read Modifier values, quality scores, and rising sale prices. The "eye for value" is a mechanic.
Materials and Modifiers set the quality score; items promote and demote across six tiers. No fixed-table draws — only systems you learn to read.
Hire adventurers from 55 jobs across 7 ranks, gear 8 slots, and send them into dungeons. Combat is fully automatic — you spectate the battle log.
Four customer classes with their own hours and wallets. Public order, demand, and the day of week all shift who walks through the door.
Neglected dungeons grow deadlier daily. Cross the threshold and the town is overrun — build walls, hire mercs, or research your way out.
Forge, Tavern, Clinic, Appraisal, Finance, Defense, Magic and more — Tier 1–5 with exclusive endgame choices at the top.

The studio
Quench Forge is a one-person indie game studio based in Japan, making systems-driven games where deep, readable mechanics — not random luck — decide the outcome. Our debut title, Ultimate Blacksmith Tycoon, turns the shopkeeper's "appraiser's eye" into a literal game mechanic.
We develop in close collaboration with AI tools, but every generated artifact is filtered through the developer's own appraiser's eye — selected, approved, and revised before it reaches the game. In other words, we apply our own core theme to how we build: read the materials, decode the value, forge the right result.
